How is the data provided by the Data Subjects processed?
The personal data collected in the context of recruitment and selection will be kept for one year after the submission of the application, this period being considered as necessary for the purposes for which they were collected. After this period the data will be deleted. If the candidate is recruited, they will be used to draw up the respective contract and fulfil the legal obligations required under the Law in force. This data shall not be subject to automated decisions and may be used for profiling with the sole purpose of determining the candidate to be selected. If the candidate does not consent to being subject to a profiling decision, he or she shall expressly declare or refrain from applying. Please be further informed that Accent Capital has implemented appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. All employees authorised to access this data are bound by the duty of confidentiality.
